Yupo sheets, 8 1/2" x 11", package of 2
Yupo is white.
Yupo Paper is smooth and bright white with a matte appearance, yet waterproof like plastic. It will accept coloured media just like any fibre surface. Paint can be easily wiped off, taking the surface right back to its original white, making it possible to lift colour for highlights or correct errors with ease. It has multiple uses: watercolours, acrylics, oils, offset printing, silk screen, etching, monoprints and more. Perfect for any artist who likes to experiment with their materials, and great for any use where a durable end product is desired.
Yupo Paper is made of 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is a polymer that is used both as a plastic (for microwave-safe food containers) and as a fibre (for indoor/outdoor carpeting.) This unique duality contributes to Yupo's ability to be tear- and wrinkle-proof, yet lightweight.
