Welcome to my PayPal shopping cart!
If you don't already have a PayPal account, all you have to do is make
your choices, click on "Checkout" and Paypal will instruct
you how to open your free account with them.

unless it's light enough to send air.

the shopping cart charges for orders
shipping to the US* .
If
your order is calligraphy nibs, unmounted rubber stamps or waxed linen
thread, the shipping will often cost less
and your shipping payment will be partially refunded through PayPal
if you've used it.

Shipping charges
for Canada and International will be charged this amount by default.
Therefore, you may receive an email with additional shipping charges!
*If you have ordered multiples of a heavy item, there may be
an additional shipping charge. Sorry about that!
I do my best to be fair with shipping and can sometimes do partial shipping
refunds for orders. If your order requires additional postal, you will
be notified with the amount. If you choose to change or cancel your
order at that time, it's okay! We can figure it out!
**excluding orders which include the Rubicoil. Unfortunately we cannot
ship these free. Sorry!
If you have used the Shopping Cart for your purchases,
you will receive an email from Canada Post that the items have shipped
- it says they're shipping from Mississauga, but don't believe them!
They're shipping from Courtenay, BC on Vancouver Island! Watch for that
email - I think a lot of people find it goes to their junk mail.

Faster shipping is available,
but it begins at approximately $30 - and that's not me adding any handling!
If you need your toys quickly, please email
me for more information.
I will need your postal (zip) code and phone number.
Your
order, in most cases, will be shipped
the same or following day!
Yippee, the toys arrive sooner!
But be aware that they may take 2 weeks to arrive....
PayPal orders
- Please use the shopping
cart for quick, easy shopping. If
you are not in the US or Canada, please refer to the International
orders.
- If you have an email address that you only use
for PayPal orders, please check it within a day after you place
your order in case there is a problem and I need to contact you!
We only have the email address that you used to place your order!
- Please check and make sure the address you have
with your PayPal account is the current one. We've shipped to the
wrong place several times because of this...... tch, tch!
- If you wish to use PayPal in
Canadian Dollars, you may email me your order, I will
do the calculations and send you a Request for Funds in Canadian
Dollars from PayPal. You just have to follow their instructions!

Non-PayPal Orders
If you do not wish to use PayPal....
- You may use the Printable
byhand Order Form in US dollars, follow the directions for currency
conversion and mail your order and cheque to me. The
address is on the top of the Printable Order Form. If you are sending
a cheque, your order may be held until the cheque clears.
- you may use the PayPal shopping cart, and before
you go to Checkout, copy your order and paste it into an email to
me: suzanne@quietfiredesign.com and I will confirm your total before
you send your cheque. Once again, your order may be held until the
cheque clears. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- OR Quietfire Design can now accept
VISA, Mastercard and American Express purchases - but not
online. You may email me your order (and I
will tally it) and call to arrange payment: (250) 703-0883

Canadian
Orders 
When I set up my website,
PayPal did not allow me to add shipping costs to an order if the shopping
cart was in Canadian dollars. *That's* why the cart is in US Dollars
- I'm so sorry for the inconvenience to you - I wish I could have it
work in both currencies!
Calculating
the cost of items in Canadian Dollars is a simple multiplication by
the current exchange rate. Feel free to email
me for the rate I'm using today!
- If you wish to pay by cheque or money order
in Canadian dollars, please use the Printable
Order Form and mail it to me.
- email me your order and I will calculate
it in Canadian Dollars and get back to you with your total.
- OR if you wish
to use PayPal in Canadian Funds,
you may email me your order, I will do the calculations
and send you a Request for Funds in Canadian Dollars from PayPal.
You just have to follow their instructions! It's easy!
- CertaPay: If you
do online banking in Canada, you may email me your order, I will
confirm the total and you may email the funds directly to me.
- OR Quietfire Design can now accept

International
Orders: please
email me your order and I will inform you of your shipping costs! You
may then send me a money order in US or Canadian funds or I can send
you a Request for Funds from PayPal.

Returns
Shipping fees for returns on defective goods and our mistakes
are on us! Errors in ordering will require you to pay the return shipping.
All returns must be authorized by Suzanne. We will give you very
specific instructions about returning your goods. Unauthorized returns
will be sent back! Sorry. We just don't want to get hit with big
brokerage fees!
