1. Print beading pattern (see below) to 5" by 5"
2. Pierce holes
3. Stitch following pattern, incorporating seed beads and rice
beads as shown. Trim stitched piece to 5" square. Outline with
Krylon 18 Kt Gold Leafing Ink
4. Mat with complementary cardstock colour, 1/4" larger than
original.
5. Cut another cardstock panel, same colour as stitched panel,
tape over previous panel Outline with Krylon 18 Kt Gold Leafing
Ink
6. Mount to white base cardstock cut to 6" by 10."
7. Cut dark coloured panel to 5 1/2" by 2" stamp Tidings of
Comfort and Joy with Versamark Ink. Thermal emboss with Ranger
White Embossing Powder. Mount underneath stitched panel with
dimensional foam tape.
8. On inside of card, cut dark coloured cardstock panel to
fit. Outline with Krylon Gold Leafing Ink. Glue to inside base
with PVA White Glue.
9. Cut white panel with Spellbinders Nestabilities Scalloped
Circle Die. Cut plain circle inside the scalloped circle with
Spellbinders Nestabilities Plain Circle Die.
10. Cut dark coloured panel with Spellbinders Nestabilities
Plain Circle Die. Cut plain circle inside with Spellbinders
Nestabilities Plain Circle Die. Outline outside edge with Krylon
Gold Leafing Ink.
11. Stamp large Merry Christmas snowflake with Versafne Black
Inkpad on white vellum. Thermal emboss with Clear Embossing
Powder. Cut into a circle large enough to fit between white
scalloped and dark blue panels. Carefully glue between layers.
The second picture (of the inside of the card) shows the card
backlit by a candle.
11. Affix over dark coloured panel with dimensional foam tape.
