I am so delighted to be able to carry these beautiful buttons made here on the Westcoast of Canada! They are so smooth and warmly coloured.

These buttons are made from cross-cut branch sections, featuring the bark, irregular outer edge and annual growth rings. Care is taken to retain any interesting natural features, such as branch spurs and knots. The drilled holes are countersunk to prevent thread wear, and the bark edges are radiused to work smoothly through the button hole without catching bits of wool or fabric. These buttons are made from Yew and are extremely strong.

They are available in two sizes;
Size A, a great size for smaller books made of leather - about 5/8"
Size B, only slight bigger than Size A - about 3/4"
