Bleach, Stamp & Paint Background*

Supplies you will need:

bleach
paper towels
pan for both
colored card stock
Brilliance stamp pads in various colors
variety of large background stamps
wedge make-up sponges
Lumiere paint in various colors

Instructions:

Lay some paper towels in the bottom of a flat tray.
Dribble household bleach lightly over the towels to create a stamp pad.
Use various background stamps and randomly stamp them onto colored cardstock. You should see an immediate color change if it's going to work.
Use a light touch to randomly add color over the bleached areas with a make-up sponge and Brilliance inkpads.
Use the make-up sponges to pounce Lumiere paints directly or using a mask /stencil with a design (punched circles).
