Instructions

Cut your chipboard into the shape you would like to use, and as many pages as you would like. Trace around your chipboard pieces onto patterned paper, and cut out one piece for each side of your chipboard. |

Tape a piece of the patterned paper to each side, and sand the edges of the paper to smooth it out, trim if needed before sanding.

Stamp flourishes, music, and whatever other images you want onto the patterned paper using versafine inks and distress inks(use lighter inks than what you are going to use on the sentiments, as you want the sentiments to be the focal point). Do this for each page in your book.

Using a darker colour of ink, stamp your sentiment images. |

You can stamp it on extra pieces of patterned paper, and rip it out, distress, this gives a bit of added depth. |

After all the pages were done, I used distress inks on the edges of the pages to age it a bit. |

The holes were already punched in the book I did, but if yours aren't, you can use a screw punch to put the holes in, and use whatever means you like to attach the pages. Mine just uses silver hoops. |
