Sand with fine sand paper, then basecoat frame with Golden Bone Black Fluid Acrylic paint

Paint with Jones Tones Plexi Glue

Spray with Krylon Matte Finishing Spray. Let dry

Using Dreamweaver stencil and Dreamweaver Black Matte Embossing Paste, paste-emboss design as shown

Stamp Gentle Thoughts Rubber Stamps with Versafine Black Ink

Cut one stamped sentiment with Tim Holtz Hanging Sign Die and another with Spellbinders Nestabilities Petite Oval Die

Cut gold mirror cardstock with Spellbinders Oval Die, plain

Punch tops of stamped sentiments, set eyelets, line up separately with sign in frame
