Instructions

Cut vintage images with Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Eight. Hand cut some details and pop dot onto image. Stamp "It's a Girl" and thermal emboss with Tsukineko Gold Embossing Powder. Cut into heart shape with Creative Memories Heart punch. Layer on a larger heart as shown.

Stamp quote (centre panel of project) on cardstock with Versafine Brown Ink and thermal emboss with Tsukineko Clear Embossing Powder. Outline each panel with Krylon 18 Kt Gold Leafing Ink

Adhere 1" wide Sookwang Double Sided Tape to scraps of cardstock and punch butterfly shapes from these scraps. Sprinkle one with pink glitter, rubbing glitter in well. Mount to sentiment stamped panel. (Create another butterfly, using same method, but sprinkling with Lavender Glitter Ritz, for mounting to bottom vintage image)

Embellish with paper flower and punched foliage.

Paint a small line of PVA glue around right and left edges of each piece, then sprinkle image pieces with Lavender Glitter Ritz and stamped and sentiment piece with Gold Glitter Ritz. Set aside to dry completely for a couple of hours.

Cut gold Mirri cardstock with Fleur de Lis Shapeabilities pendants. Glue to reverse of ends of each diecut piece with PVA glue. Glue beaded fringe to bottom image.

Attach self adhesive pearls and rhinestones as accents. Cut a 20" length of 1 ½" wide satin ribbon, glue panels to ribbon as shown. Create a double bow, glue to top as a hanger.
