Supplies you will need:

Instructions

1. Take the front and back cover off the book.

2. Cut out patterned paper 1 inch bigger per side. Ex. If book is 4 x 4 you would cut a 6x6 piece of patterned paper.

3. Lay cover in the middle of the 6x6 piece of patterned paper, add adhesive around the edges and fold the patterned paper over as if wrapping a present.

4. Cut a coordinating piece of patterned paper slightly smaller to cover the inside of the page, taking care not to cover where the spiral binding will go back in.

5. Now that your cover is completely covered, use the other cover as a template to mark where the holes for the binding are. After this is done, using a file poke through the papers, and file the hole so you will be able to fit the cover back onto the spiral binding.

6. Repeat all the above steps for the back cover.

7. Now you can put both covers back on the book.

8. Stamp small Flourish with pink ink on the front cover of the book. Cut 2 ovals, one slightly bigger than the other.

9. Emboss the sentiment from Quietfire Design with versafine black ink, and clear embossing powder.

10. Layer the ovals atop of one another, and adhere to the front cover of your book, using foam pop dots.

11. Cut or punch out butterflies.

12. Adorn the butterflies with clear stickles, and when dry adhere to the front cover.
